I myself have transformed many challenges and crises in my own life into enormous lessons and strengths, which today are the starting point for my approach to and understanding of life.

I was trained as a psychospiritual counselor in 2006 in a psychotherapeutic direction that originates from New Mexico, USA and is called Deva. This direction originally stems from The Light Institute, which Chris Griscom started in 1985. What particularly attracted me was the healing approach that connects us to our divine consciousness that we all contain. I had a feeling that my soul had come home.

My background

It is of greatest importance for me as a psychotherapist to create a present, safe and supportive space for you as a client. My approach is characterized by a deep understanding of individual challenges, where I guide you purposefully towards an authentic and harmonious life.

My primary focus is to support you where you are and create a safe space where we can explore and understand the different aspects of your life together. I believe in creating change by meeting you with empathy and respect, and I strive to be a reliable support in your personal development.

My approach is not only based on theoretical knowledge, but also on practical experience gained through several years of work in the field and through life.

After my original education as cand.scient.soc. within PR, I have dedicated many years to work with public relations and communication. Later, I took a credit course and became involved in teaching children and young people. I helped establish a school where I was responsible for building an international department.

Parallel to my career, I took a 4-year psychotherapeutic training and obtained the title of psychospiritual counselor in 2006. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with clients in therapy, facilitating meditation courses under the auspices of FOF and leading groups in meditation and self-development in companies. I have also been engaged in voluntary work for organizations such as the Danish Refugee Council, "Børns Vilkår",  "Mariatjenesten" and will soon start at "Psykiatrifonden".

Personally, I have two wonderful adult daughters, a lovely boyfriend, a street dog from Crete, and a street cat from Denmark. I grew up abroad and have a deep understanding of what it means to be a foreigner. My upbringing has made me feel at home in an international environment.

Today, I live exclusively from my work as a psychotherapist and receive regular supervision. With a wide range of experience and competences, I am dedicated to being a support in other people's personal development journeys.
